To streamline all requests for help and support purposes including complaints or reports of damage, customer feedback, and serve you better, we use a support ticket system. Each help and support request will be assigned a unique ticket number that you can use to check the status and response online. For your reference, we provide a complete archive and history of all your help and support requests. A valid email address is required to submit tickets.
